๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ก๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ต๐ฎ has served as a councillor since 2018 and has a strong track record of delivering improvements across North Cheam. He has worked with council officers to secure major road layout upgrades in Windsor Avenue, Henley Avenue, Wrayfield Road and Priory Road, alongside ongoing resurfacing work and plans for further improvements. He has also ensured potholes are addressed quickly and successfully secured the planting of 35 additional trees in the area.
Param plays a key role in council decision-making as Vice Chairman of the Audit & Governance Committee and Vice Chairman of the North Cheam, Worcester Park and Stonecot Local Committee. He is widely known for being responsive and approachable, regularly helping residents with issues ranging from housing and benefits to noise complaints, crime and street cleanliness. His hands-on approach and determination to follow cases through make a real difference to residentsโ lives.
