Cheam
๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ has lived in Sutton since the mid-1980s, where he built his life with his family. His son was born in St Helier and went on to become an NHS doctor, qualifying in 2022.
Eric has served as a councillor since 2010, first representing Nonsuch Ward and then Cheam since 2018. He cares deeply about the area and has consistently stood up for residents, tackling issues such as overdevelopment, HMOs, parking pressures, and protecting Cheamโs parks and green spaces from inappropriate development.
His focus is clear: preserving the character of Cheam while ensuring it remains a great place to live for all residents.
