After decades, Victoria House is nearly down!

Since being elected in the North Cheam area in 2018, Conservative Councillors have been working tirelessly with local residents, local MP Paul Scully and our local resident's associations to get the eyesore Victoria House taken down, and now it's nearly done! 

After so many years, this is a real victory for local residents, and we want to thank all of those who have played such an integral part in helping to get to this point. 

As Councillor James McDermott-Hill explains below, there's still some way to go in terms of the future of the site, and we'll continue to ensure your voice is heard going forward.
